Chef Nick Bilello, founder of Relish Catering, brings over 25 years of culinary experience to every plate. His career spans fine dining, private events, large-scale catering, and restaurant leadership, shaping a style rooted in creativity and craft.

Before launching Relish, Nick served as Culinary Director for the True Blue Restaurant Group, leading menu development, operations, and training across multiple high-end concepts. His focus on quality and consistency earned him a reputation for innovation and reliability.
